“I wonder if I’ve been changed in the night? Let me think.
Was I the same when I got up this morning? I almost think I can remember
feeling a little different. But if I’m not the same, the next question is ‘Who
in the world am I?’ Ah, that’s the great puzzle!” ~Alice in Wonderland
Most often who I am
depends on who I am with, few people know who I am when I am not with
them. We are all multifaceted and a kaleidoscope
of our intrinsic values, experiences and passions. My family is most important. Everything I am
filters through, first and always being there as wife and mom.
I have had a lifelong battle with balancing weight,
nutrition and fitness as well as defining my identity. I have made nutritional
and fitness adjustments that are working for me. I have also learned to live in
the moment and be who I am without
definition or apology. I hope that what I share here will not only be
motivating and encouraging, but reflective when embracing the inevitable
setbacks that try to defeat us.
Thank you for stopping by….I hope you come back often
